1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary between 7–21 business days depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses (if applicable, adjust as needed).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
